CategoriesAt dinner a few nights ago my sis was talking about her friend’s blog, and this friend recently moved to New York. Anyways the friend was ranting about curries (noracist) ‘cause of some curry in her school tennis comp or something, and my mum was like “:O:O THEY HAVE THEM THERE TOO?!” She says she meant as in she didn’t expect curries to be at US schools ‘cause she imagines them to be so white-dominated.. but that doesn’t make it better haha.
Then my sis also told us a story her teacher told them, where he was going with baulko ppl on a camp, and they passed through a country town. They stopped at this random place, and for some reason the owners thought they were pensioners? .. so they started setting tables and stuff for them, but then when they got off the bus the woman shouted out “IT’S OK, THEY’RE JUST KIDS.. AND THEY’RE ALL BOAT PEOPLE”
